Welcome to Deohost Digital. By browsing our website or contracting our design, development, and marketing services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our team.
1. Scope of Services
Deohost provides professional design (UI/UX, Graphic, 3D Renders), web engineering (React, WordPress, Shopify, App Dev), and search/marketing operations. The specific deliverables, milestones, and timelines for any client project are strictly bound by the formal Project Agreement or Service Scope Sheet mutually signed by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Upon receipt of full final payment, Deohost transfers 100% intellectual property ownership of all custom-coded repositories, design files, layouts, and visual assets developed specifically for your project. Deohost retains the right to display the completed designs and websites inside our portfolios and marketing collateral unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
3. Payment Schedules & Fees
Projects are executed under milestone-based payments or monthly retainer budgets. Payments must be settled within 7 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may trigger project suspension or interest fees as documented in your Project Agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must supply all brand files, site assets, copy sheets, access keys, and feedback within agreed timeframes. Deohost is not responsible for project delays caused by client assets or approval lag.
5. Scope Changes & Adjustments
Any modifications to the design or code scope requested after work starts will be processed as a "Change Request" and billed at our standard hourly rates or subject to a separate fee agreement.
